worthless support department

I tried to contact support 4to5 times.they say theyll get back with you within 24 hours Ive been waiting for over three weeks for answers to e-mails I sent the support department. I get no tracking no e-mail reports nothing called the number on their site its their sales department they cannot help with any support problems . Waste of money and time sounds too good to be true and it is
